Twenty-four years of this work. Fourteen teaching and running curriculum, ten-plus designing and developing training for companies. I write the courses, build the facilitator guides, and administer the platforms they run on.

Just launched MoneyMates, a financial literacy app for Grades 4 to 8 and their families. I took it from a written spec to a live product, with AI writing most of the code.

A financial literacy app for Ontario Grades 4 to 8, with a family side for home. I wrote the spec, designed and wrote every activity, and built it with AI as my development partner.

REAL Leadership

Youth development organization

A leadership program for supervisors and new managers, built around four elements: responsibility, empathy, accountability, leading by example. Four 90-minute sessions on Zoom, with a web binder learners keep.

Enterprise LMS redesign and launch

I owned the platform end to end: the redesign, the learning path architecture, onboarding each business unit, and the reporting that showed leadership how it was being used.
